Provider Settings - Meals

From the Main Menu | Admin | Settings | Provider, select Meals

The meals settings screen allows you to set up the options required in drop down lists to specify the kind of meals the Providers can provide your clients. The short code field allows you to specific your own descriptive short code for each item

Where is the Meals drop down list used?

The Meals drop down list is available from the Departure/Trip | Providers | Meals tab.  The items selected from this drop down list is what is also advised to the provider, as part of the services being required from them, with each particular booking.
