Resource - Staff roles
From the Main Menu | Admin | Resource | select Staff Roles
NOTE: DEPOT staff can access this area by navigating to the Main Menu | Resources | Staff | Staff Roles
The Resource - Staff roles settings screen enables you set up a description for each type of staff role, e.g. Guide, Driver - P Licence, etc.
Click once on a record to change it.
New roles can be added
by clicking the + Role button
and completing the required fields, before clicking Close
The role status can be set to Active or Inactive, and there is a field for notes to describe the role, or role requirements further if required.
Where is the Staff Role used?
The Staff drop down list is available in the Resources | Staff | Staff list area
and is used when Assigning Staff/Guides to Departures. The role field is initially populated from the staff record, but can be changed here if the staff member is performing a different role on this trip.
