From the Main Menu | Admin | Resource | select Extras

The Resource - Extras settings screen is where you set up the list of chargeable extras, e.g. Panniers, Chilly Bin, or Personal Locator Beacon, for use in drop down lists

Click once on a record to change it.
Where are "Extras" used?
The extras drop down list is used in the Departure or Booking | Resources | Extras tab
and are printed on various pieces of paper work such as the Client Details Sheet
