Help options


We know there is a LOT to learn in Odyssey!

Here are some of the ways we have built in help for you:

AI Assistant


Save yourself some time searching for answers, and that of your Odyssey Champion, too, by using Odyssey's built in AI Assistant tool.

AI Assistant scans our own internal comprehensive Help System and summarises the text to present quick, simple answers to you.


  • At the bottom of the Tour Dashboard window (and in an increasing number of locations in Odyssey) is a Bubble that says Need Help?
  • If you click on that, and on the next blue bubble that comes up, you can ask AI to search our entire Help system for the answer to your questions!

  • In the example below, we have entered a search for "what does released mean"
  • AI then reviews our entire help system and presents a brief, easy to read answer to you



Bear in mind that like all things AI, it will get better results with better search strings entered, and also as we continue to optimise our Help Pages for AI, so it is a work in progress. But we would love you to give it a try!

Hover text (tool tips)

Hover over a button to find hover text

Many of Odyssey's buttons have tool tips on them, to explain more about the functionality of the button.  It even helps us remember details  sometimes!  Simply move your mouse slowly towards a button, and when the tooltip appears, stop moving the mouse!

Product feature tutorials


  • From the "Need Help" button at the bottom of the screen
Click the Need Help button..
  • click the video camera option to watch a video tutorial
... and select the Video Camera option to view a Tutorial

Note that some smaller screens may struggle to display these video tutorials on top of Odyssey correctly - we suggest you try reducing your screen magnification


Very shortly we will be rolling out a full learning management system which incorporates all of these video tutorials. In the meantime, this Help Page provides links to them.
