Retain Selections

These settings control what Odyssey "remembers".  By ticking Master Season, Master Location, Master Country, Master Provider Type (for Accommodation), Odyssey will remember what you have last selected, and go back to that each time you have navigated away to something else and then returned to that screen.  It will also remember to Hide historic or completed Bookings and Departures if you wish 

Alerts for Accommodation /Bag Movement Differences

In Bookings, where there is a difference between an Accommodation location a matching Bag Movement Location, an alert appear to indicate that it may need some attention. For some clients, this could be distracting to get multiple alerts where for example there are multiple movements to get the back to the required location. In this scenario, we give you the opportunity to turn these alerts off.

Itinerary and Mobile App Headers

From the Main Menu | Admin | Settings | Company Settings 1 - General, it is possible to change the field labels for Briefing text, Welcome text, Inclusions text, (all at the top of the Itinerary) And Finally text (the closing text at the bottom of the Itinerary)
