Email - live tracking


Live tracking to show email status is part of the Advanced Email Module


With the Advanced Email module, users have the ability to visually view whether an email has been opened, bounced, or marked as SPAM.

Live tracking status of sent emails



Once an email has been opened at the recipient's end, the grey tick will turn to green

If the email has been marked as SPAM it's colour will be  purple

If the email has been BLOCKED it's colour will be red

If the email has BOUNCED it's colour will beblue


Clicking on the Info button will give you some information regarding the meaning of the icons on this page, including the meaning of the coloured ticks
