Company Settings 1 - Documents | Images
The Documents | Images settings allow you to define which document TYPES will appear as available attachments when sending emails. This means that when sending an email, only the correct document types appear.
In this example below, when sending an Initial Booking request email, it could include Initial Bookings, and Rooming list attachments, because they have been defined as L3 (Departure) related attachments.
The Tour Guaranteed email template could include Booking Form/Quote, Itinerary, and Sales Order attachments, as they are all L4 (Booking) related attachments.
