Depot Departure - Providers

The Depot Departure Providers Accommodation tab displays the a daily list of Accommodation Providers, the room product they are using, the rate, along with the number of people using the room.  It also displays with a bag icon if there is a bag movement booked in to the next provider, and any Provider reference.  The status of the booking task, e.g. confirmed, waitlisted, etc is also displayed, along with a colour indicator.  

The various tabs (Accommodation, Activity, Transport, Meal) will only show if there are bookings for those providers.  This keeps the Depot view pared down to as minimal as possible.  

Activity

Any activity which the group has booked in for is available to view in the Activity tab, along with the provider, and booking status

Meal

Any meal which the group has booked in for is available to view in the Meal tab, along with the provider, and booking status

Transport

Any daily list of any transport requirements for the group will be available to view on the Providers Transport tab

This could be a Guide Pickup, or a Helicopter flight, a train trip, or any other form of transport which make up part of the client's itinerary.   

The transport provider and product they are using, the rate option, and the time of the booking.   The status of the booking task, e.g. confirmed, waitlisted, etc is also displayed, along with note field.

All Providers

The All providers view provides you with a great snapshot of all the Daily Providers for the group, along with the times of bookings, provider reference detaisl, and task status
