Resource - Bike Models and Sizes


Asset Inventory is an Advanced Module


The Resource - Bikes Sizes settings screen is used for Odyssey clients who use the Asset Inventory Advanced Module

From the Main Menu | Admin | Resource | select Bike Models


Inventory Sizes

In order to define the asset models and provide the size options per asset, these are defined in System Settings, along with the sort order they will display in.


To Manage Inventory Sizes

  • Go to the Main Menu | Admin | Settings | Resource Settings | Inventory Sizes
  • To add a new Asset / Size click the + Asset/Size button
Setting up a new Inventory Asset size

Enter a Model name, a shortcode, a sort order which determines the order this item appears in the asset inventory list, and the start and end height ranges. There is also a field for you to enter a note to include in hover text, when hovering over a bike height

Where are the Inventory Sizes used?


Inventory sizes are used on the Asset Inventory screen
