Manual calendar entries

All of the calendars in Odyssey get populated automatically from your Departures and Bookings, movements and so on.

But you can also easily add your own "manual" entries to the Vehicle by Route calendar, to record events such as a vehicle WOF being required.  Having this flexibility with the diary entries should mean you can retire your paper diary!

Entries can be at a specific time, or all day, and can be moved by opening the entry up and selecting a different date/time

• From the Main Menu | Depot | Calendars view, select the Vehicle by Route calendar.  
• Click the + icon to add a manual diary entry

• From the pop up window which appears, select the date for this event, choose the time and am or pm, or tick the all day button if it's an all day event.  Select the vehicle from the vehicle calendar, enter the relevant text into the notes field.  Select a colour for the calendar entry from the drop down list, and if necessary, select a different trail

Note:  manual calendar entries don't appear in other simple calendars or the Daily Diary
