Client values vs Finance values



In Costed Departures

  • The client is only ever charged the Grand Total figure. This may include some Charges/Discounts, bike, providers and movements charges.
  • The finance figures are the figures that the Finance team expect to see you charge for those items, in other words, the standard, broken out cost of those charges. The Charges/Discounts are not

In Quoted Departures

  • The Client values view shows the individual costs added together, subtotalled. A quoted price is then inserted by the Reservations team, and a custom fee (additional margin) is calculated.
  • The Finance values show the values that the finance or accounting team expect to charge. When the quoted price is inserted by the Reservations team, a custom fee (additional margin) is calculated.
