Tour | Booking Settings - Tour Status
All Tours within Odyssey have a selectable 'Status'. This field defines subsequent workflows and inclusion / exclusion considerations when running reports or displaying records throughout Odyssey.
The field is searchable and also provides a user friendly colour indicator.
- From the Main Menu | Admin | Tour|Booking Settings
- Click Tour Status
- Clicking on an entry will pop-up a window, allowing changes.
- enter a Description for this Tour status
- Select a colour to represent this tour status; this coloured circle will display in the Tour Dashboard
- Enter an office note to describe the purpose of this Tour
- Clicking the Default tickbox will ensure that this Tour Status is the default for all new Tours
Where is the Tour status field used?
- The Tour status field is used on the Tour | Details | Details tab
- the status colour of the Tour is shown on the Tour Dashboard
- and is a search criteria in multiple searches
