Main Menu | Admin | Settings | Tour Booking Settings | Tour Status



All Tours within Odyssey have a selectable 'Status'.  This field defines subsequent workflows and inclusion / exclusion considerations when running reports or displaying records throughout Odyssey.

The field is searchable and also provides a user friendly colour indicator.


  • From the Main Menu | Admin | Tour|Booking Settings
  • Click Tour Status



  • Clicking on an entry will pop-up a window, allowing changes.

  • enter a Description for this Tour status
  • Select a colour to represent this tour status; this coloured circle will display in the Tour Dashboard
  • Enter an office note to describe the purpose of this Tour
  • Clicking the Default tickbox will ensure that this Tour Status is the default for all new Tours

Where is the Tour status field used?

  • The Tour status field is used on the Tour | Details | Details tab
