Provinces and Regions settings are managed from the Main Menu | Admin | Company Settings | Regions/Province

Regions and Provinces are specific geographic zones marked on a map, and cover a range of locations where your clients stop along the trail for accommodation, meals, or activities, or where you provide accommodation for them, etc.







To Create a New Region

      • Click the + Region button
      • Enter a Description, country and a short code for the Region.  The short code is used in places where the full name is too long for the space available
      • Select a Sort order for the Region from the drop down list - up to 99 available.  The sort order controls the sequence of the regions in the regions list, grouping them together as you require. This assists with bag order management, as the order of locations will better reflect the Run/Sector flow.  Please note that changes made to the sort order are not dynamic; if you make changes to the sort orders, this new value needs to be applied to all of your exisiting Bag Movement records. We can do this automatically for you, once you have made these new selections.  Please contact us if this is the case.


Where are Region settings used?


  • The Region field is located on the Output/Email | Email field | Starting/Meeting location tab, as it is a field which can be included email communications
