Finance Settings - Finance Defaults
These are MAJOR settings effecting all values in Odyssey
Please consider them carefully before altering
Please RE-LOG IN for these changes to take affect
From the Main Menu, choose Admin | | Financial Settings | Finance Defaults
Balance Due
Required for financial calculations and communications with the client, enter the number of days prior to the tour that the balance is due.
For Odyssey clients using the Advanced module of Xero Integration, slide the slider to orange to indicate that the Tour start date in Odyssey triggers the balance required (60 days) calculation in Xero
Finance Values
From here you can choose to have Finance values permanently hidden, or showing, depending on your company preferences.
Pricing Model Calculation
Is the client balance owing calculated by
Costs less payments = balance owing
or
Quoted figure less payments = balance owing
Tax Treatment
If pricing model is costed or quoted:
choose between
- adding the company Tax rate
- or the country Tax rate
