The Foreign Exchange Rates feature helps multi-day tour operators manage foreign exchange rates efficiently when catering to multiple countries.

To display a seasonal list of the currencies used, and edit the exchange rate:

Go to the Main Menu, choose Admin | Settings | Financial Settings | FX Rates
Assign which is your "home" currency, by putting a tick in the "Home" tickbox
Click in the rate field to edit the rate
The currencies themselves are defined from the Admin | Settings | Financial | Settings |Currency here : https://support.myodyssey.app/article/102-currency

Additionally, a Foreign Currency Converter on the Main Dashboard allows quick conversions by selecting currencies and entering an amount, ensuring seamless financial management across regions.
