Pivot Tables - Accommodation available

For Odyssey users who use the Rooms On Holds functionality, a Pivot Table can allow you to view the overall annual view, or any date range you select.

Getting started:

• We assume that you have already entered your Accommodation holds for the season into Odyssey, and now want to view an overview of them.
• From the Tours Dashboard, select Availability | On Hold | Data Map - Pivot Table

• There are two options you can choose:

Pivot table - Accommodation Available by Date

Here we have individually chosen just 3 of the multitudes of Providers we could have displayed.

This could be so very useful, as it can group the values into entire Months if desired, or if the Product was removed, it would show how many rooms were available per Provider, on any particular Date.

Accommodation Available by Week number

More of a summary view is possible by choosing the Accommodation Available by Week No pivot
