Daily Diary and Manifest - Custom Shuttles / Transfers

Accessible from the Depot's Daily Diary and Manifest, The Custom Shuttles / Transfers functionality allows you to manage all custom movements.



Custom Movements

The Custom Diary shows a list of Custom shuttles, the to and from locations, along with the number of people on the departure, and the time of the departure.  Notes from the driver are pulled through from the booking.  The regular manifest view does not include Custom shuttle information, such as Notes, bag or PAX counts. 


  • From the Main Menu | Depot | Dairy
  • From the Display Selections options on the right hand side of the screen,
    • select the date you wish to view
    • select a trail (L1 - country, category, etc)



  • select Manifest - 1 day
  • this will take you to the Daily Summary page
  • click the Custom button at the bottom of the page

To print a Driver's manifest for custom shuttles

  • click the printer icon button 
  • on the right hand side of this page. 

  • OR from the left hand side of the Summary page, below.  Additional notes for the driver can be added by Depot staff under the printer icon.

Notes for the driver are pulled through from the Booking, and additional notes can be added and edited at Depot level by clicking on the pencil icon under the printer icon on the Summary Page, and beside the Driver allocation drop down list on the right hand side of the Custom shuttle page.
