What to consider if changing the L1 data structure

Perhaps you have set your L1's (the very top tier of Odyssey's data structure) as say Trails, but now you wish to change that structure to say Regions.

A change to your L1's can be made, but before you make these changes, there are some things worth considering.

A change in L1 will require

a) the removal of the unwanted L1's from dropdown lists

a) the re-association of Tour Masters from existing to new L1's

b) the re-association of Locations from existing to new L1's

c) the re-association of All Providers from existing to new L1's

d) with the removal/change of your L1 from 'Trails' to 'Regions', if all Providers are to be made available to/associated with all 'Regions' (as the new L1) then your provider lists may be very long and you will effectively be removing one layer of built-in filters; i.e. the L1.

e) We, Odyssey will need to perform a lot of background 'reallocations' to ensure your historical data reflects the new settings.
