How to set up Vehicle Runs in Connecteam


In Odyssey

  • Navigate to the Main Menu | Depot | Diary
  • Select the Date and Trail/Category/Company (Level 1) that you wish to view Vehicle runs for.
  • Then select 7-Day View
  • Under the heading of Scheduled Runs, click on the run you wish to assign a driver and vehicle to

  • Selecting a Driver or a Vehicle in Odyssey is optional; it can be added here, or in Connecteam.

  • Once you are ready to push a day's worth of runs into Connecteam, click the orange Connecteam button at the top of the day



In Connecteam


  • The Runs have now been pushed to Connecteam under unassigned shifts OR to the appropriate staff member, if you selected their name in Odyssey.



  • Drag and drop shifts to drivers in the weekly calendar.
  • click on a shift to assign a vehicle
  • A Driver or vehicle assignment could be changed here in Connecteam if the previously chosen driver or vehicle is not available on the day.
  • You can publish individually by clicking on the Publish button on each shift, or using the Publish button at the top right hand side of the page
