Importing Bookings - Using our template and uploading bulk data

Bulk Imports

Odyssey allows you to import bulk bookings that may have come from e.g. Agents.

Click on the Download Imports Template here to get a copy of the spreadsheet.

It is necessary to use Odyssey's Templated spreadsheet for this process

Here the main dashboard contains the 2 new fields for allowing bulk imports of records that may have come from eg: an Agent. It is necessary they use our Templated spreadsheet for this process.

They can download a copy of the spreadsheet using the righthand bottom button:

And then when it is complete, they can import it using the lefthand bottom button:

These record will then show on the main dashboard window ( the one behind this pop-up window ) as though they came via an online booking.

From here the processing steps are all the same..
