What are L1, L2, L3, L4, L5

Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 Level 4, Level 5, form the key structure of the "Data Pyramid" in Odyssey.

Here's what Odyssey's Data Structure looks like.

Odyssey's Data structure; (the terminology may vary slightly). Departures (or tours, or trips) are the third level in the data structure

We give our client's the ability to rename these fields to better align with your company's needs, so at Level 1 (L1), what your company call Trails, another Odyssey client might call Categories, for example.

This may explain why the documentation in our online manual and learning tools doesn't use the exact terms that your business does.  We can't include them all!

Here is a list of some of the terms our clients use for these different levels of Odyssey's data structure.
