How to search for bookings that have a particular bike identifier assigned


Bike Inventory is an Advanced Module


Perhaps a bike has to be moved out of stock, either permanently or temporarily, as it needs urgent servicing, or has been stolen, and you need to check which client bookings have this particular bike identifier assigned to them.  


  • From Odyssey's Main Menu | Booking, click on the search box,  enter the bike identifier number, and press enter

  • A list of all the clients who have been assigned that bike will appear

  • You can open the records individually to review them, OR

  • click the tickbox at the top left of the window, so that all the bookings are selected
  • then choose Open Selected from the right hand side

  • You are then able to move to the Resources tab on the first booking record to review the booking, and continue on to each new booking by using the > button at the top of the screen, or moving from client to client on the right hand side

Open all selected booking records that have this bike identifier assigned
