Deleting a Booking

Occasionally a client may cancel their booking, while the entire [Departure/Trip] is going ahead

Deleting a [Booking] from a [Departure] is a two step process, just to ensure it isn't done accidentally!

Step 1:

Navigate to the Booking you wish to cancel, and double click it so that you are in the 'Details' screen for this booking.

Choose Cancelled from the Booking Status field.  Note that the small coloured box beside the Booking Status changes from Green to Orange.  

Enter the date cancelled


Step 2:

And then navigate to the Quick Access  window,

 and choose Delete
