Automated finance emails

Overdue email communication

Overdue finance communications are accounting type emails which are overdue to be sent, based on the offset number of days recorded against the particular email template selected.

For example, in a situation where:

• the "Booking Form > $500 - Deposit Due" email template (configured in the Finance Email Templates settings) has an offset number of days of -45 
• and a client has a booking which costs less than $500, and the deposit has not been paid
• and it is now less an 45 days to go until their departure date

then this booking record would appear in the list. 

Simple select the record, and click send, and the automated emails will be sent.  

Send in next 3 days

Upcoming finance communications are emails which are due to be sent within the next 3 days

Finance Email Templates

There are 10 Finance email templates, which form part of the 30 email templates in total, available to be configured for use within Odyssey.
