Bike requirements for next 'x' days

Odyssey assists in planning ahead by running a report which shows you how many bikes you have to prep over a given time period.

From the Depot | Options Menu, click Bike Requirements for the next "x' days

You are taken to the Bikes to Prep screen

Enter the number of days ahead (starting from tomorrow) in the Number of Days drop down box,

OR

Select a date range from the start date and end date calendar fields

Click Continue 

You are then taken to a Preview of the Bike Details screen 

Click the Preview button on the left hand side of the screen

Clicking the Preview button takes you to a beautifully formatted, consolidated  (no blank lines as in the previous screen) document listing all the bike requirements, briefing date and times, fitness levels, and accessories required for each of clients within the specified time frame.

In preview, change the magnification up or down, to suit your own personal requirements.

Close the tab when you have finished reviewing, or printing the file, then click the Back button to get back to your normal view
