Can I change the Master on a Departure/Trip?



The client has changed their mind about the trip they are doing, or I've selected the wrong Master/Package for my client!  Can I change it?


Yes, very easily!

Go to the Departure | Details screen, and click into the 'Master - Shortcode' field.  A popover window will appear, offering you to change the Master.  Just select another Master from the drop down list, and click Apply!

PLEASE NOTE - this is only change the Master Code for reporting purposes. After changing the code, please then use "the refresh from Master" command to pull the correct records through to your trip. (And at booking level, you may need to do a "refresh from Departure" as well)
