Delete a Master

A Master can be deleted if it's no longer required, as long as there are no Departures or Trips based off it.

Please consider this step carefully, as it cannot be reversed.

• From the Main Menu | Masters | List menu click on the minus sign to the right hand side of the Master you wish to delete.  

If there are Departures or Trips based off the Master, the Master cannot be deleted, as historical records require the Master to be in place.  However, you can archive the Master in this instance.

• From the list view described above, Click into the Master you want to archive, and select Archived from the Status menu.  

The Master will now appear in the Mater list in grey text, which has been struck out
