Depot Departure - Bag Labels

Extra bags - daily, final destination, or storage bags - can be added at Depot level.  From the  Main Menu | Depot | select a departure, and navigate to the Bag Labels tab, then... 

Add extra Daily bags

Perhaps a client has turned up with multiple bags, or just one bag which exceeds your weight limit, and they want these bags moved with them from Accommodation provider to Accommodation provider.     

Click the + Add Extra Daily Bag/s

On the record for the appropriate client, tick the box to add an extra 1 bag.  Click continue.

Add Final Destination bag

Perhaps your trail is in a winery zone, and your client has purchased some refreshments to collect at the end of their adventure, or maybe they have turned up at your depot with luggage which exceeds your weight limits.  You can add another bag which can be sent straight through to the final accommodation provider.

• Click on the record for the appropriate client, and select the quantity of final day bags - there could be more than one!  
• Enter the Start and end locations from the drop down lists
• Close the window.

Add Storage Bag

You can add a storage bag record, by clicking the "Add Storage Bag" button.  

Select the number of storage bags from the "Store" drop down list, the click continue.  (Note that the number of bags now currently being stored will be displayed)

Print Bag labels

From the Main Menu | Depot | select a departure, and navigate to the Bag Labels tab

Choose from relevant  "Print" options to produce your labels  

e.g. to Print Daily bag labels, click Print Daily bag labels, select which clients you need labels for, then click continue

Click the printer icon button to print, or press the downward arrow to download the label files to enable you to print later.
