Print luggage labels
Odyssey customers who use the luggage Advanced functionality are able to print quality labels for their clients who are taking multi day trips.
The labels are very similar to those used by airlines, as the format is a long length where the ends attach to each other around a luggage handle. The label includes two small peel off labels which can be used for a helmet, bike, or kayak.
The label includes all of the Clients details as well as a unique barcode for your Driver to scan at the point of pick-up and drop-off.

Set up
1. Before you can print luggage labels, you will need to have a label printer set up and connected to your computer, or network. Learn more here
2. All computers that you wish to print labels from will need to have a paper size called "Odyssey labels" set up. Learn more here
Printing luggage labels
Click Continue
Click in the tick box field for every client for whom you need a bag. Note that you can select all, or clear all, and select just one, or the entire group
Click Continue
Click the print button which looks like a piece of paper with an inkpot beside it. (2nd from right)
Note: Every browser is different - your browser may not have this toolbar showing you the ability to download, print etc. Perhaps those tools are above the labels, or if there is nothing visual try right clicking the window, or control clicking it.
Alternatively, the labels can be downloaded to your computer by clicking the down arrow button on the preview screen which appears.
This takes you to the Preview app where you can then choose File...Print
In the print screen which follows, ensure:
a) the correct printer is selected, eg: "Zebra Luggage Label printer"
b) the paper type is set to "Odyssey labels" (learn more here)
