Booking - Startover

Perhaps the client has made some major changes to how they want to proceed with their adventure (or maybe you just aren't happy with how you have set the booking up, and want to start over.

Navigate to the Booking you wish to start over:

Click on the Quick Access menu button

Select the Startover - All button

You will be asked if you are sure you would like to fully REMOVE this BOOKING.  That includes all Provider, Resource and other financial arrangements, you have made for it.    Note that any payments the client has made will NOT be deleted.

Note:  Providers will need to be contacted if you have already confirmed the Booking with them. Use the "Provider Booking is modified" email template, if you have one.  

If you are happy to proceed, click OK

You will receive a message advising you that this booking "start over" has been done.  Click Thanks
