Tour / Departure - Output - storing multiple versions

As Departure details change, you might be saving the output repeatedly, prior to emailing to the client, or the Provider.  Odyssey allows you to store multiple versions of paperwork documents, created as the Departure is changed.

  • On the Departure | Output tab
  • Hover over the right hand end of the document record, until the space becomes orange
  • Click anywhere in the orange space


  • A window appears, listing all saved output for this Departure
  • Comments can be added by clicking into the Comments field for the 
  • Click the version of the output you wish to download

  • You will be prompted to provide a name for your document, which will be saved in pdf format.  Leave the existing name, or provide a name of your choosing in the Save as dialogoue box.  Click OK 

  • A dialogue box will appear.  Click on the button which displays the name of your file to download it to your computer.  Click close.  
  • To find the file, look in your Downloads folder, or alternatively, you may see a link to it in the bottom corner of your browser window.

Deleting stored documents

A note about storage of multiple versions of documents

  • Unwanted documents can be deleted by clicking the x button to the left of the File Name.

Odyssey provides the ability to store multiple copies of all documents.  We currently have no restrictions on the number of copies you choose to store, and we don't want to have to put volume limitations in place.  But can we please ask for some consideration, as to the number of files being stored - particularly if have no significant reason/change.  We would appreciate it if staff did use the delete button which is available to them, to remove any 'extra' copies they don't need, or had stored in error.
