Returning customers

On the Booking details tab, there is a returning client tick box.  Here's how it works:

  • Odyssey will automatically Tick the box when at least 2 Confirmed trips have been completed.
  • You can also manually tick or untick the box by ticking  the Override tickbox.  Use this when you know the client has been on a Departure with you previously; for example, before you began to use Odyssey.

Although in the case of the first scenario, where at least 2 Confirmed trips have been completed, you cannot use the override to (un-tick) them.   The override box is hidden in this situation.
