Tour | Booking Settings - How did you hear?

An important reporting/marketing measure is how your clients heard about you.  Your company might find it valuable to get a summation of client booking sources. It may compliment any analytics you are currently doing, by connecting the marketing to the booking to the channel the client is coming from.

If this is something you wish to measure, then the fields for defining the choices for the drop down list are entered in Main Menu | Admin | Tour | Booking Settings | How did you hear?

There's a function in Odyssey that captures the ‘How did you hear about us’ for each client booking. You decide what these fields are eg website, friend, past client, newsletter etc. Other examples could be:, word of mouth, marketing campaign (promo), referral, google search, social media, and enter them into the company settings here.

Another data set is the 'location of origin’ eg where are you from? - this data set could be useful both for geographic re-marketing and depot customer service.
