Mini Diary - 7 Day

The Mini 7 day diary view is a way for Depot staff to simply and quickly view their week in terms of bike briefings, de-briefings, (when bikes are due back) and bag movements.  It displays records for released AND unreleased departures, so that the Depot can see what is potentially coming up.  Cancelled departures are excluded.  

From the  Main Menu | Depot | Daily view, make date and trail selections, then click the Mini Diary - 7 Day button

The trail can be changed from the Trail drop down list 

The briefing view provides a daily/weekly view of all briefings in this period, and displays  the Departure name and code, the number of people, and the briefing time booked for briefings.

Bag Movements provides a daily/weekly view of all the bag movements in this period, and displays the name of the route of the bag movement, the Departure name and code, the number of bags, and the accommodation being used, even when booking level accommodation is split over two providers. 

The debriefing view provides a daily/weekly view of all bike returns anticipated in this period, and displays  the Departure name and code, and the number of people.
