Vehicles Ad Hoc Search

The vehicle ad Hoc Search is available from the Depot |Options menu, or from the Reservations level, Booking | Search menu

It enables you to search for and list Vehicle relocations for a specific period, showing the date of the vehicle relocation, the trip code and description, the driver's name, the relocation product, the trail short code and the master short code.

Enter the search criteria as given in the example below

TIP:  Your search criteria can be saved for future use!

• Click Find.  A full list of those vehicle movements will be provided

To group each driver's relocations together, click on the Sort button at the top of the screen, and select the Driver button

• Your list is then grouped by driver
