Departure Client Search

Sometimes you just need a way to find a client's Departure quickly, while you are in the Departure Dashboard.

The Departure Dashboard contains a panel with various options, one of which is the ability to quickly search for and find a client, using whatever information you know about them

1 . From the  Main Menu, select Departures, then click the Clients button on the options panel

2.  Enter a name (first name, last name, known name, part of a name, Odyssey's booking reference number, or alternative reference (eg one supplied by an Agent, or the original Client number assigned when making the Departure/Booking)

3.  A list of clients who have been on Departures with you will appear, click on the Departure in the list you wish to open :-)
