How do our Clients use their mobile app?

  • Firstly, they need to know about it! We recommend your email communications take advantage of the saved section we have added to your MailJet account, promoting the Mobile App. Add this saved section to your MailJet templates, and include a section advising clients of their trip code and the organiser's booking reference no. The Merge tags to use are L3Code and OdyTripsRef
Your email communications to your client should include a section something like this
  • Your client can then go to the App store, or Google Play, and download "Ody Trips"
Search for Ody Trips in the App Store or Google Play
Your client simply needs to use their Trip Code and Reference number, then select their name from the list of bookings, to find their own Itinerary

Tip: If you need to assist your client to find their booking reference, you can find it on the Departure | Itinerary layout in Odyssey

WIFI or Cell phone Coverage:


  • When the client is in wifi or Cell coverage, the app will download CURRENT data always, whenever the app is opened.
  • If the client is NOT in wifi or Cell coverage, it will retain the last set of info it had downloaded, so the stored data can ben used OFFLINE.
