API Settings - Cognito Forms


The Cognito Forms screen allows you to configure Odyssey to communicate with Cognito Forms.  Cognito Forms is a third party product which allows your clients and providers to complete pre-filled forms online, and submit that data back to Odyssey. These fields are required for our clients who use Cognito Forms to automate completion of client details, agreement forms, or provider bookings

Only Creative Technology users (Developer and Support) can manage this for you.


The green tick indicates that this Advanced API is 'In-Use' by this customer.




To change these settings:


  • From the Main Menu | Admin | API Settings
  • Select Forms/Waivers
