What is this "Include in CRM" tick box?


Odyssey clients who belong to the World Expeditions group have a tickbox to use at Booking level, on the Personal | Contact tab - it's the "Include in CRM" tickbox.


This tickbox pushes client details back to World Ex as part of the daily automated scripts.


  • The Include in CRM tick is on by default when new bookings are created
  • It's up to USERS to decide if a certain customer should not be pushed to WorldEx for their Surveys etc
  • The push to WorldEx will NOT include anyone without an email address - so it's fine that the BIN ones have a tick, they will not be sent.
  • There is an option to untick - so that our clients can micro manage their clients... and choose not to send a survey to someone who many have had a bad experience!!
  • The script runs every morning at approx 9am
  • The script is capturing the names/email addresses of users who are FINISHING their Trip on that day.
  • Staff can untick any time prior to the FINISH date, otherwise the record will be included.
  • The report is in exactly the format WEx have specified, so no human intervention is required.
