What to do when MailJet emails and button links aren't working correctly?

  • Especially if you have been editing an existing record, and changing the email address - try adding a . to the client name, and then remove it, to ensure the booking record is "refreshed"

  • Alternatively, check the contact record for that client in MJ
    • Log in to MJ, go to contacts
    • Go to all Contacts, and filter the contact list to find the name of the person who should receive the email
    • On their contact record, go to Contact Properties





TIP: Looking at the URL link for urlformpersonal above, we can see that the second section of the URL details is the reference code for that booking/client in Odyssey




    • select the text in the URL, and copy it, paste it into the browser. Does that take you directly to the client details form?
    • If not, perhaps some content in the form is "breaking the connection"

Ensure the Cognito form has the Public Links settings to Always allow links, and Never require authentication
