Enquiry Statistics

‘Conversions’ rely on the Enquiries being entered into Odyssey.

• From the Main Menu | Departures/Trips/Tours | Search

• Enter your search criteria, and follow the prompts, based on the dates you have selected. Do you wish the date range to relate to when a tour was created, or tour start date.

In this example, we used

• 1 May 24 to 31 April 25
• Date tour created

In the pivot table

• we then added the staff name, and the L1code at the top of the Pivot table
• and the Enquiry converted date to the side of the pivot table
• you could narrow this down to only a Tour Status of active
• and include a count of clients per L1
