Provider Alerts
A quick way of visually seeing when if there's something important that need to be identified about this Tour - the sort of thing that might get stored on a 'Post-it Note' stuck on your computer, so you don't forget, is the ALERT field on the Provider info tab. e.g. this might say "There is a Waiting list for this Provider/Booking..."
This allows the very important concerns/instances to stand out, by displaying an exclamation mark, in these locations:
- The Tour | Suppliers | Accommodation list
- The Tour | ALL Supplier list
- Main Menu | Tour | List

To add an alert at Tour level
- From the Tour | Supplier | selected supplier | Suppliers Info | Suppliers Info | Alert field, enter your alert. e.g. There is a waiting list for this provider on this day, but Alison will confirm by 30 Nov.
- Remember to tick the tick box so that the alert will show.
To add an alert at Booking level
- From the Tour | Bookings | selected booking | Supplier | selected supplier | Suppliers Info | Suppliers Info | Alert field, enter your alert. e.g. Lilly is concerned she will be a very late arrival, after 9pm.
- Remember to tick the tick box so that the alert will show.
Where does the alert show?
This alert will show on the Tour | Suppliers | Accommodation or other provider type |
and the All Suppliers tab
It will also show on the Alert showing on the Tour | Suppliers | Accommodation
