The Providers All tab displays a daily summary of all accomodation, activities, transport and meals planned for this Tour/Departure, listed in Day order.


This list provides you with an overview of the booking status with this provider, check in time, whether it is being charged or not, Provider reference, and provider preferred payment type.

Deleting Provider records

You may find that some other Provider records cannot be deleted on their specific tab, e.g. you might have added two activities, and find that you no longer want one but can't delete it

  • First, remove any booking level selections on this Provider record by going to the Tour | Provider | Booking tab, and clicking delete all
  • then from the Tour | All Provider tab
  • identify the record you want to delete, and click it
  • click the Delete button on the left hand side of the pop up window
