Agent List

Agents are managed from the Main Menu | Agents menu


The Agent List, available from the Main Menu

The Agent list view lists the Agent Name, commission rate, country, phone number, main contact name, and email address.

The Agent list can be filtered using the Options panel on the right hand side of the screen.  This allows you to filter your list by country, and agent status (Active or Archived)

All Agents currently listed can be opened as a group, to enable you to work through them consecutively

Exporting


There is an export feature available;

  • simply select the agent records you wish to select,
  • click the export button from the Options panel on the right hand side of the screen
  • a .tsv file called "Odyssey Agent Details.tsv" will appear on your desktop, or in your downloads folder.
  • this .tsv file can then be converted to an .xls doc when you open it, for further manipulation
