Agent Commission - what if I want to override it?

Occasionally, an agent might receive a different rate of commission for say a single supplement, or bike hire, than it does for the base trip cost. Any charge can have it's agent commission overrriden at tour level

There are a couple of ways that this can be achieved:

Per booking

• At Tour | Finance level, open the charge for which an agent commission varies , and click on the booking tab.

• Click on the Details tab, and change the rate of commission

Tour level

At Tour level, a charge /discount can be changed at Default level, so that existing and/or new bookings added to this tour will incur agent commission at the new rate.

• From the Tour | Finance | Cost | Defaults tab, click on the override button, and enter a new commission amount.
• If you click the Push to Bookings button, then all the existing bookings on this tour will incur agent commission of the new rate.
• If you don't click the Push to Bookings button, then only new bookings on this tour will incur agent commission of the new rate.
