Sort order of Client Bookings

Here is the definitive sort order we are seeking to put everywhere on Odyssey.

As the sorting of Portals is defined individually, it is a manual task to implement this everywhere.

• If one get's missed please advise, as it's very difficult to catch everything all the time...

  

  Based on ONE Organiser per Tour.

  
  

  Sorted by:

  1) Booking Status, so Cancelled are ALWAYS at the bottom

  2) Contact Type eg: Clients, then Guides, then Agents

  3a) New calculation which will sequence the single Organiser at the top

  3b) Any clients the Organiser is paying for

  3c) A further payer in the Tour

  3d) Clients this further Payer is paying for

  3e) and so on, with any further Payers...

  4) By Room instance number - useful to seq when there are numerous clients being paid for by one person... they get sequenced by their Room Instances eg: Tanya then Al whom are sharing, and then Billy who is in a different room, whilst being paid for by Tanya in the above example.

  
  

  5) this is where the cancelled Clients will sit... underneath the 'Live' bookings...
