The email Email monitoring feature is part of the Departure Readiness Dashboard.  For an alert to appear advising you that an email is overdue to be sent, there is a small set up task to complete first.


1.  First, an email template has to be set up with an offset day.  When setting up an email template, the number of Off-Set Days, in conjunction with today's date, - and the trip start date / end date / or booking date, Enquiry date, or the Date at the Provider - are used to determine when an email should be sent.  e.g. if the number of offset days is -30, and the trip start date is 30 June, then this email should be sent on or before 31 May.  If it hasn't been sent by then, it will become overdue.

2.  Each user can select which emails they wish to monitor, using the email indicators filter on the Departure Readiness page.  Learn more  Here
