Provider - Availability



To assist the reservations teams make online bookings for their clients in the midst of entering the client booking in Odyssey, you can view the provider availability links.



  • From the Main Menu | Provider list menu, click the "view availability" button
Provider Availability Sites

  • Beside each provider name, enter the URL you wish to use to check booking availability.  
  • Alternatively, you can enter the Provider's availability URL, along with the username and password to give you access to the providers availablilty site, should you require this - on the Provider's address record.
  • There is only one space to enter an appropriate URL - If this Provider uses Booking.Com, that can be entered.  If another uses HolidayHomes.Co.Nz then that link can be entered.  

NOTE: When setting these URLs up the first time, you will be visiting the provider's website and doing an availability search.  This will result in a VERY LONG URL (about 2 lines worth).  There is no need to copy the FULL address as that will include the currently selected dates.
Please just copy the first part of the URL, up to and including their ID

Here is an example URL, using Colonial Motels as an example.

Https://Www.Booking.Com/Hotel/Nz/Colonial-Motel-Twizel.Html?Aid=355028

We only needed the first part with their ‘ID’ on it… which is this case is: 355028
