How can I check provider availability?
At Departure and Booking level, you can click on a calendar button to be taken directly to the Provider's preferred booking availablity website, so that you can check availability. Learn how to set the link up

At Departure level
At the
Departure | Provider | Details screen, Click the "
View availability" button. Another tab will open up in your browser, taking you to the URL which was set up for checking availability on this Providers settings record, as described above. You can now review or book straight away. Once you have completed the reservation, click back into your Odyssey tab to continue working in Odyssey.
At Booking level
At the
Booking | Provider | Details screen, Click the "
Calendar" button above the provider's name. Another tab will open up in your browser, taking you to the URL which was set up for checking availability on this Providers settings record, as described above. You can now review or book straight away. Once you have completed the reservation, click back into your Odyssey tab to continue working in Odyssey.
