Depot - Providers

All staff in the Depots have limited access to Provider lists where they can define the 'default' RUN a Bag movement is assigned to.

The list can be filtered by provider type, and by trail

• From the Depot Menu, select Providers

• The list of Providers appears

Moving a Provider to a different bag run

Providers can be moved to different bag runs, as and when required, by:

• on any provider record, clicking on the bag run drop down list
• selecting a different run/time from the list!

Adding Directions and images for the Directions Documents

As the Depot staff are most likely the ones who get first hand knowledge of local changes, or added info that would be helpful for future customers to find any provider they are seeking, Depot staff can maintain that info for the Directions Document here on the Providers list.

• Simply click on any Provider record, and the pop up window will appear
• type in, or amend, any direction text details
• add the Lat and Long co-ordinates for this providers location, these are crucial to help sequence the Manifest bag run

A red x will appear on the Depot's Provider list, when the Provider record is NOT Active, or if lag/long co-ordinates have not been added for this provider. This provides a useful clean way to see which records could be enhanced by adding their Lat/Long details to enhance bag sequencing.
